Fat Loss Is Simple

Eat at the calorie level of the person you want to be.

If you weigh 200 pounds and want to weigh 185, start small.

  • First, eat like a 195-pound person until it feels normal.

  • Then, eat like a 190-pound person until that feels normal.

  • Then, eat like a 185-pound person and maintain.

It will take time. You will make mistakes. But you must relearn how to eat like the person you want to be.

I had to do this myself. I once weighed 240 pounds. I took three prescription medications. I ate too much. I drank too much. I was on the path to disaster. I got off it. And you can too.

Macros and nutrients can be adjusted along the way.
They are not the focus in the beginning.

First, eat the right amount.
The rest comes later.
